  I have now changed my review from 1 star to 4 star as all issues have been resolved.
  
  I ordered a JTX Fitness Cross Trainer from JTX Fitness. I was then given a rower machine by their courier people who it turns out delivered the wrong equipment and therefore, with the help of Hannah, had to wait until the next day for them to pick up the rower and deliver my Cross trainer.
  
  I cannot give 5 stars due to the mix up but this was essentially not JTK fault but their couriers. Also, it said in the description on their website that I would get a pulse belt - but that did not come.
  
  Otherwise, it is all set up and I've been using it just fine.
  Thanks JTX Fitness and Hannah for resolving my issues for me!
